Welcome to Crouton Bakery!

After an inspiring journey sailing from Belgium and the UK to the beautiful shores of New Zealand, we've anchored our passion for artisanal sourdough using organic and sustainable New Zealand grains right here in Cambridge.

Our handcrafted sourdough takes time and as we bake to order, requests need to be in before we begin the process.

Order Before Collection
Wednesday 8pm Friday 8am-12pm
Sunday 8pm Tuesday 2pm-5pm

You can choose your products and collection day on the shop page. Crouton is a cash-free operation - we accept payment by cards with a chip as well as Paywave (without surcharge).

We also deliver bread to the Tomtit Farm Farm Fridge, Matangi on Fridays from 12:30pm. No orders required, payment by bank transfer to Crouton Bakery, details on the labels.
